i had a buddy of mine call one on my phone (guess i ticked him off heh) and leave it off the hook. I had like a $500 phone bill.

i just called and said i didnt call it and was not going to pay it. Call your phone company and dispute the charge. they will take it off.

Wow thanks for the advice, what I was hoping to get from this thread. It's to hard for people to actually answer a question without making some rediculous comment, sure it's their right to do whatever they want within reason, but it is obviously a very unpleasant situation for myself and I'm not in the happiest mood over it.

Yeah I think it is. Maybe you're to stupid to see that there could be a huge mix-up with the phone company and that is not an every day occurance. Hence the request for ADVICE on HOW TO HANDLE THE SITUATION.
