I think at this point it would have been better him just to tell the truth to begin with, and if he had told the
truth, it would of sounded something like this:

First of all, why do u need to go on a forum to figure out that you have to call the phone company and initiate a charge dispute which every phone company has a process to follow? The combined intelligence of you, your gf, and your gf's family couldnt figure this out?
