Assuming that you have one and you are in the guild....just bring up the Guild window(press "G") and at the upper right corner should be a button labled Guild Hall...just click to enter
 
Oh and btw....yeah its been a while since Ive posted in ATOT ...or anywhere on here for that matter....I am still a dedicated ATer.....so while I havent decided if I want to quite the Guild I have created and am Leader of ....I would certainly lend assistance to you ATers when I am not busy. I have been playing Guild Wars since before release and am considered by several to be an official recruiter for the game, lol.....so I guess I am volunteering to be pestered...err....queried for assistance. Jana Farmer is my in game name Post-searing.....or look for Farmer Jahn in Pre-searing.
 
One of my characters is named "Otto The Orange". If you add this character to your friends list (push 'N' to bring up friends list), you can see when I'm on with any of my characters.

I know that on my W, the thing that kills me the most is health degen skills.....most notably, conjure phantasm. If this is the same trouble you're having, one thing you can do to counter it is craft the Lieutenant's Helm in Henge of Denravi. It halves the duration of hexes.

Sorry, I assumed you meant using a character that was at an Ascalon level. I don't know why it would be hard for a level 20 with sprint, is there a specific area that causes problems ? I've gone solo from Piken square to Yaks' bend, just for the helluvit; I don't remember any particularly hard parts that I couldn't sprint past. I'll try it again and see if I'm remembering it wrong.
 
sweet, i'll get rid of my crappy guild (i made one but never got around to actually recruiting anyone) and join next time I have time to play.
