ya, its all put together...all except for a case. I'll hook it in soon to the rest of the world and let you all lag to hell on my cable modem. Working w/ bash.org to see if we can't use their hosting provider as they are planning a secret project aswell and combine our forces a bit, and get rid of my 6mbit restriction..(bf1942 is a pita)

I think this is a great idea Narzy and Im sorry that no one out of our millions of members can even donate an old GeForce2 MX.

Even though this project seems to be going downhill I wish you well...

P.S. Ask Anand if they could upgrade the webservers to Opterons and set up the old ones as game servers!

hehe AD I'll ask, I have a feeling I know the answer however ...the project has stalled because I've been dragging on what I said I was going to do when I was going to do it, also opusnet is hosting some rather large clients and there is talk that I will have to find other accomidations, I am talking with bash.org to see if them and I can team up and grab some rackspace there. if you visit www.opusinteractive.com you can see that its slow as frozen butter and not somthing I want to subject you all too.

We have webspace, thanks to RossMAN for hooking me up, we now have a place on both domains to call home, the DNS' are still propagating but should be done by the end of tomarrow less your ISP is slow on the uptake. but both domains are active. don't know exactly what to put up yet however .

If your interested in being a content provider for the main page, please LMK I think everything is how I like it for the moment on TGM.N and I am working on ATG.N right now . I am hoping that for right now we can be giving game news.

Too bad it isn't a Counter Strike 1.6 server. Especially because that game is availible FREE to anyone now, you don't even have to own Half-life. Any Anandtech member could play and not have to buy a game.

CS is availible through Valve's new broadband content-delivery system, Steam. Here:

Also has Team Fortress Classic, Half Life 2 videos, and I think you can even download the original Half-Life free with it. Steam also has a Friends List system, in game Instant messaging, parlor games to play while you are dead in CS, and some more stuff.

You sure get stuff fast too. Went up to 840kb/s once, I've never gotten anything that fast on my cable connection, ever.

Hmmm... maybe I should give CS a shot, I've o nly seen it played once, that too, for like 2 minutes because of some problem. I think I'll try it out within a few days.

How much longer? Its been going for 7 months.... Lets get soemthing going and get some interest, then once ATOT peeps starting coming regularly, we can get more donations and keep moving from there....

I have 4 Seagate Barracuda 18GB 10k SCA harddrives if you need them for anything. I don't have an 80 pin controller to go with them though. Maybe someone else has a controller that these will work on.
