Other than Quake III Arena, most games aren't multithreaded. There's not much thread level parallelism to be extracted from games it seems and there's also very little demand for games that support multiple processors so you won't see any benefits there either.

I take it you mean the Q3 engine, right? I don't play much Q3 anymore, but I probably will be playing plenty of SOFII and JKII and the like.
Ah well...maybe after I buy my NR70V...
