Anand Retires!!

Question. Does Anand still own the site? Or is the site owned by some larger parent company?

If he is still the main owner, even if he is not part of the day to day operations, he is kind of still connected to the entire enterprise. He is the creator/founder after all. He's just moving into his Bill Gates phase.

His parents are Indian and I'm sure their upbringing and values have a lot to do with his success. Why do you think he mentioned his parents in the article?


Just because you don't have anything to be proud of except overweight people and school shootings doesn't mean you can shit on others.

I'm guessing that there is a sale in the works. This is just a first step to distance the owner from the biz to get a better price. Investors like to see a business run it self without the creator behind it. It proves that it's a viable business. The move will probably double the value of the site or at least add a few mil more.
 
I came here due to the FS/FT forums and then never left. I rarely read reviews. But it's good to see someone that can decide when they just want to move on. Good luck!

Since anand isn't a member and hasn't ever posted he isn't part of this community at all. From what we have gleaned over the years is all he cared about was page hits . He's not involved in any way and frankly I don't give two shits about what he does at this point.


It's kind if sad that after all the revenue our netting has given him the least he could do is let jeebus do a ms paint portrait and come in here and say something .





I mean wtf at least say hello once a year. It's kind of dickish to never say hello.




Oh and I am now thinking that anand is stewox untill he proves us otherwise.

he could have been a lot higher net worth is he didn't shoot himself in the foot in the Hot Deals section in the dot com hayday.

no coupon codes allowed whereas other sites (ie: chubby wallet) allowed it.
imagine if AT had all that traffic as well

Congrats to Anand! All of your hard work has most certainly paid off. Good luck in the next adventure that waits for you! Can't imagine you're just going to sit on a beach sipping mai tais (at least not forever 🙂)
