<< There is no room in this country for people who can't spell AMERICAN. >>

That's pretty bad news for public school teachers.

<< Patty Hurst was kidnapped, beaten and violently raped. Her defense was that she was brainwashed. She was convicted.

How far do you think "Jihad Johnny" will get with this lame defense?
>>

OJ simpson fled from the cops on a multiple hour police chase. There was blood on his property, in his bronco and on a glove in his fvcking golf bag... you'd be supprised what you can get away with in america....

I may stand corrected.

This point may make my above post even more relevant.

Interesting...you want to fight for the "American" cause of Freedom by forgoing a fair trial and burning this man without any thought? Brilliant.

I don't think there was any treason involved, and I don't see why he should be prosecuted as anything other than a POW.

He practiced FREEDOM OF RELIGION and became a follower of Islam. This religion that he found caused him to make a journey to Pakistan and eventually Afghanistan, just as many other people travel to foreign lands in search of some sort of enlightenment.

I'm sure he didn't consider himself an American citizen, but how would he have shed himself of that title? The fact that he is "American" should have nothing to do with his capture or punishment.

I'm sure I'm going to get flamed for this post, but rational thinkers usually do get criticized. It's so much easier to conform to the ignorance that surrounds us.

I'm sure most of you also support this EXTREMELY racist "war on terrorism," but then again, why shouldn't you? I mean...taking away people's freedom of appearance (does that even need to be a declared Freedom? I'm referring to racial profiling, of course) and their freedom of religion goes against everything that "America" stands for.

We should all be ashamed of our "non-thinking" selves.

He was just a rolling stone. We should all aspire to be so stupid.

If binladden had such a dedicated person who was able to fit into the population anywhere in the US and Europe..why didnt he use him more effectivly? Mabey walker wasnt really too dedicated and they saw him as an outsider? if he was really like deep with them wouldnt they use him more effectivly?

Bin Laden isn't that clever. He sees people as meat.

I don't think even the most ardent Bin Laden supporter could make a coherant argument that UBL is a strategic thinker.

Well...u haveto give binladden credit, he convinced other idiots to do the job for him, he got his objectives carried out, and he had a great impact on the worlds strongest nation. Not that i support anything that has been done...

I doubt any of you who are sympathetic to walker would have the same viewpoint if he was a Middle-Eastern American or any minority American for that matter. If it were any minority American caught joining forces with the Taliban, he'd be frying by now, and there would be none of this "poor brainwashed kid..." BS!

I agree with this to a certain extent (would a black "american taliban" not from a rich glitzy neighborhood be treated the same way? NO)
