lol, this.

I am 5'10" 152 pounds and I generally go with a 34" waist with a belt. I know guys that weigh 40-50 pounds more than me that wear the same size waist. I'm not sure waist size really tells us much.

Yeah, I'm 6' and 170 pounds and I need a 36" waist. I call it a natural stance of dominance.

:awe:

38 for women, wow...but I see it ever day and just get used to it. Glad my wife is 5"2 115lbs at 40yrs. I'm 5"10 178lbs working down to 165. Over the years I have fluctuated up to a 38 waist, when I quit smoking and then again when I wreck a mountain bike down a hill messing my shoulder up and I stopped working out. Now at 40 I feel great at 178 but still have a little more BF than I like. 165 should put at about 10%. I have always used the CKD diet to loose weight fast, but I tend to live that lifestyle year round because I like the food better. Never have been a big on carbs other than beer and a few sweets.

I was skinny as a rail in high school at 29-30". Now 47 is just around the corner, I'm at 33-34" at 5'11" and 180 lbs.
