I think whoever decided that donuts were a breakfast food is to blame. It was the beginning of the end.

i care but it has always seemed like an impossible task

just started with myfitnesspal though, limiting myself to 1900 calories a day. have lost 2 lbs, will see how that works out.

Good luck man. I've always been skinny but I have other demons I have to battle. We all have our own fights.

Fuck man, I thought with all the dieting crazy-ness, pill popping madness, and surgical procedure bullshits - we were actual going down in average size...

So we're still going up in average belly sizes? :(

37 years old. 6' 2", about 245lbs. Size 38 and I hate it. Would love to get back down to ~215 lbs and a size 36 or even a 34. 34 is going to be a real stretch. Even when I was playing baseball in college and was in awesome shape I had to wear a 36 because my thighs were huge.

thanks man, i am working on rebecoming the monster
Good luck man. Thankfully I haven't had to deal with that (in fact I'd like to gain some weight). IMO a little less than 1900 cal/day is even better but it's up to you. Just as long as you get what you need during a day, e.g. vitamins, minerals, etc.

Americans, esp women, are getting bigger in the butt too. They need to have stats on that too

A couple years ago I was at a 36" waist. Am back down to 32". 29yo, 6' went from 225->185lbs and could probably drop another 10...that would actually outdo my high school weight.

I'm like a 34 and I find I could probably loose some weight. I can't imagine being 40+. That would be uncomfortable. Everything would just feel so tight.

I'm a 29 waist but I'm short and have thick legs so basically nothing off the rack fits. I have to buy jeans and have them altered since the few of them that fit my waist and inseam are all skinny ones that I can't get my legs into.

grass is green. water is wet. boiling water is hot. ice is cold.

i am measured at a 34 waste, but i get 36 pants because i don't like how snug my thighs are in pants that are 34. my boys have to breathe.

i also weigh like 207 now.

I only have a 30" waist because I'm a skinny rail at only 135.

Donuts go well with my morning coffee :p

36" for regular fit, 38" for more room to tuck in undershirt and dress shirt.
I am 190lbs, but have always had a large waist size.

I don't have a standard beer belly like most men.
I know men who are 260-280lbs with giant guts who wear 34-36" waist. The belt line is under the gut.

Being fat is the standard now, where it's OK to make fun of skinny/normal people and being fat and lazy is a disease. Big is ugly and disgusting.
