Veg diet. 1-2 bourbon/week.

36" ---> 30"

Thing is for tall 6'4" guys like me, the weight doesn't show until you get 30 lbs over normal. So when you gain/lose, you don't see real aesthetic results until you lose about 50lbs. This "no weight show" can be a blessing or a curse depending on your aesthetic goals.

Short people unfortunately have it worse though as any 10 lb gain definitely shows on a compact vs long frame.

Living in South Florida and now Denver for the last 4 years, I think I started thinking Americans really aren't that fat. Then I visit my parents in SC and remember that I live in a bubble when it comes to weight/health.

I know men who are 260-280lbs with giant guts who wear 34-36" waist. The belt line is under the gut.

lol, this.

I am 5'10" 152 pounds and I generally go with a 34" waist with a belt. I know guys that weigh 40-50 pounds more than me that wear the same size waist. I'm not sure waist size really tells us much.

44 -> 34 ->36

Working to get back down to 34. I think 32 is unrealistic for my frame. Maybe, but doubtful.

34 Waist, could maybe see myself going to a 33 if I really worked at it. Haven't been 32 since early high school.

Yes, she is "proud" of her figure. These days, everyone is so proud of themselves.

Move over Kim Kardashian, lover of rear-end selfies, because another woman is right behind.

Sarah Massey, a 33-year-old mother from Chicago, claims to have the “world’s biggest butt,” measuring seven feet wide.

According to UK’s The Mirror, Massey weighs 32 stone, or 448 pounds, and wears a size 10XL in pants. But even though she admits she once cracked a toilet seat in half by sitting on it, she’s “proud” of her figure.

34 at the widest part of my stomach. I STILL feel fat and am trying to lose 10 more pounds.

How the hell is the average waist line 40 inches. That's GIGANTIC. Even at my FATTEST (5' 11" 270 pounds) I wore a 37. 40 is like, you have to be 250+ and 5'6".
