American Muscle vs Japanese Muscle

Why did you link to an Australian car as American Muscle?

If I linked to the American version of the Skyline, would it be an American car? The cars in Australia are our cars, they are imports to them 😛 That's a Pontiac GTO btw.

The Japanese doesn't get the concept of a "muscle" car.
A muscle car should basically be sheetmetal wrapped around the biggest big-asz motor you can find in the parts bin/garage.

As much as I know I will be flamed, I will say this: the Japanese will continue to dwarf in front of American and European sports cars.

Oh how misinformed you are. The Holden Monaro existed first.

Moot point, it's still a GTO. It's simply rebadged. I simply pulled the picture from a GTO fansite. A lot of them convert them to Monaro's. Funny thing is, they also had someone there who converted a Monaro to a GTO.

Malak, you are seriously misinformed about cars. Weren't you the one saying that G35s are Skylines earlier?

It was designed and built in Australia, which means its Australian. They had them there long before we got the GTO here.

It's made in Australia by an Australian company owned by GM. It's hardly "American muscle".

I don't care, I like to make people get upset over stupid things. Cars is such a hot topic in OT, turns the place into P&N jr.
