That because they are prescribed the drug and use it infrequently. You are wanting to abuse the drug. That is illegal. I see no irony at all between the use of illegal drugs and legitimate uses. Maybe I just don't like to have fun.

Any statistics that Phuz posted were from drcnet.org which wants to reform drug laws and is hardly an unbiased source for information. That fact that you are using Adderall recreationally and not for a legitimate medical purpose leads me to believe that you are abusing the drug. Maybe you aren't. Schedule II substances aren't something you want to use without a doctor's supervision.
