Maybe Trump has a good model here.
We can start a counter terrorism task force with ISIS. We can just tell them where all of our most vulnerable targets are, have them come over and take a look at it, and let them tell us if anyone would want to attack it and was we should do about it. They are the experts in terrorism, it would be irresponsible NOT to access that knowledge base and get their input.

What could go wrong?

I would think you would put someone getting on the air and peddling conspiracy theories knowing the corrosive effect on the culture you would put that person in their own category.

Who knew the definition on loon was based on "feels". At least you admit it vs some kind of conclusion based on logic.
