Isn't usb 4.0 part of design? I mean all 6000 models should have it?Beside the fact that there's still nothing below 1000€ (well 995€) availability of Rembrandt laptops is good in Germany.
The CPU fully supports USB 4/Thunderbolt 3, but manufacturers still have to include a controller interfacing between ports and the CPU. The controller is responsible for enabling and mixing all possible combinations (display port, power delivery, data rate etc. pp. especially certified Thunderbolt is very demanding in that regard) so the laptop's layout design can be less complex when just foregoing it.Isn't usb 4.0 part of design? In the waiting a 6900HS on steroids TDP and price wise, should be close to a 6980HS, only 100MHz lower in ST and likely something like 5% lower perf at same TDP.Still waiting for the 6980hs. 🤣
Nope. In fact I got an email saying that federal law required them to kill the order unless I confirmed it, which I did. If they do what they promised, I will even get 10% more off for about $775 total.that really sucks-have they given you any ETA? perhaps that price was too good to be true afterall, lol.
THATS where my laptop is, nowhere due to this ! Its 36 days over the original ship date, and still counting. (from Lenovo directly)this is the reason why there are no laptops on the market : https://wccftech.com/console-maker-aokzoe-unboxes-3500-amd-ryzen-7-6800u-cpus/
Damn, my condolences. If the situation doesn't improve by the end of the year, I'll get something at a discount with the 5000 series, black friday will be interesting.THATS where my laptop is, nowhere due to this ! Its 36 days over the original ship date, and still counting. (from Lenovo directly)
