If this is true the 5770 will become the 6770.
If this is true the 5770 will become the 6770.
Thanks and gg and gb and tc and gl
Well if this naming this is right this time around. It does say abit about the new cards that AMD has in store come winter. Having the 6770 made into the 6870 means its just that good.
It will probably beat the GTX480 and there are STILL TWO cards that are faster according to that map.
If this is correct, it will be fun to see Nvidias responce.
Seems like they are just Improved their naming scheme even more. Nvidia still have a 465 that is slower than a 460, WTF is that?
AMD is doing a great job is keeping confusion to a minimum.
Nvidia? Well with Nvidia its just business as usual horrible naming.
Well we might be thinking too highly of the 6k series cards aswell you know. It may be that they arent that much better than Nvidias top card atm. And a possible, albeit unlikely, Fermi refresh could give the 6k series a competition for the money.
there will be no 32nmthe only fermi refresh that will do any real good will be a die shrink at 32nm.
there will be no 32nm
there will be no 32nm
yes they have to wait for 28nm. the new ATI 6xxx cards were going to be 32nm too but they had to make do with 40nm.that sucks. so they have to wait for 28nm where AMD has another 6 months to a year to get ready ?

lol, maybe that was modestgamer's joke, "the only good fermi2 is the one that can't exist"...
hrmmm...suppose we better say something on-topic here...yeah rebranding!? :|
