For what it's worth, I've used every single AMD driver release since first buying my 4870 over two years ago, and I've only rolled back to an older one ONCE, and it was when 10.3 or 10.4 (don't remember) came along while I was playing through Crysis and ate about 10% of my framerate. It was fixed the following month. Never seen any stutter, micro or otherwise, white/black/gray/vanilla noise, static, scaling issues, disappearing cursors, green, red, or fuscia dots, screens of death in any color, or anything else.

You know Wreckage, 4chan has a technology board that is 90% nVidia vs. AMD troll threads. I think you would fit in well there, how about giving that a shot instead of posting them here?
