Seems like the 7950 is an excellent card for its price point; especially now. They won't be in stock for much longer.

That stream is unwatchable. It pauses every second, and when not, the people there make incredible long pauses in speech, making you wonder whether it's another data problem or they are stoned.
I will wait for an article of some sort. I can't take this.

Anyone know whether this goes on for more than 1 hour? Not all of us are in parts of the world where it's only morning, and it looks like they're saving the good info for last

I'm on 1.5 meg hotel wifi and it hasn't had a single issue.

Pause it for a second. It worked fine after I tried pausing for a bit.

He also seems to speak with an oddly Canadian-sounding accent (mixed with Indian of course). Harking back to the ATI roots?

AMD needs to beat it decently in Firestrike, it's a favored benchmark for them.

I'm not running that garbage benchmark on my machine, but 5500 for $200 looks like a worse value than current 7950s.

I think we can conclude that anyone looking for a bargain better get a 7950/7970 right now. Prices are going UP...

Wasn't the $300 one (280x 6800 3DMark) basically a 7970? Isn't that about what it's going for now?
