whalen you have me now conspiring to send AMD my 750 with some crayon marks on it.....yea thats the ticket it came like this uhhh said it was a 750/133<---as close to not ripping them off for anything but the toys as I can figure. I dont want a new CPU ,just the stuff......😉
 
I went to the website to get my stickers too. I hope I don't get charged. I got a few Athlon and a few Duron stickers. Also, I ordered a poster, too. $3 is almost as cheap as buying a plain white T-Shirt! Don't be stingy man! 🙂 That &quot;fine-print&quot; charge was pretty weak of AMD to pull on you. Well, I hope I get my stuff.
 
Those are VERY cool stickers,and 5.00 ea not too bad(not as good as free)Will have to look into this, Thanks Buck_Naked!🙂
 
got 1 strip of 7 today 🙂 i was hoping 5 strips (i thought someone said 35 stickers!) but hey 7 free ones is good enough for me 😉
 
I'll let you know in the next 2hrs,according to AMD's reply they should be in todays mail. Unfortunatly my carrier is somewhere between Newman/Claivin so he's running late.




Disclaimer: Although I find poking fun a US letter carriers acceptible,I do understand performace presures and sceaduling constraints make it a sometimes unbearable and difficult job. So please do not burn my mail,tell Ed McMahon I moved,come to my house with a locked and loaded AK47 or change my current address to the new Unibomber lost mail redirect.
 
I got my strip of 7 Athlon stickers today, some for some friends, and to put on my new PC case 🙂
Confirmed shipping on the 20th, took 3 days, not bad for across to the east coast!
 
These free Athlon stickers suck, they look very cheap and I would be embarassed to stick it to the outside of my case. Antec gives you a very nice heavy duty bubbled sticker with their cases. Even the MSI stickers are nicer, atleast there metallic.
 
I ordered mine on 2/20 and got them on 2/22.

Of course there FREE, these stickers are a promotional or advertising tool for AMD. Just like the Antec and MSI stickers are FREE to their customers, but these companies want you to put their stickers on your case. Why not design a hot looking sticker to entice people to put it on their case, thereby getting a little FREE advertising.
 
well, i got some and i think they are nice. don't take this personally, but if you don't like them, then don't use them, no loss to you.
 
Finnaly got my 7 Athlon stickers,pretty cool I thought. There not the best but for free I'm not complaining. It looks a heck of alot better than the PikaChew that was on there.
 
Well I think these stickers are better than the ones that come with the retail athlons (tbirds). The AMD sticker I got with my CPU only had AMD on it, no mention of Athlon. The antec raised sticker is nice, I messed it up though when peeling it off to put it on my case, ended up peeling part of the back off...
 
Sweet! I'm gonna cross out this Intel Inside sticker with a permanent marker and put AMD stickers all over 😀

Im not going to use them, but now I still need something to cover up all the duct tape on my case 😉

Good old 3D Lounge at 3dfiles.com...a few months ago. I just orderd some more stuff recently. AMD is great 🙂

I JUST GOT MY POSTER TODAY! Damn...all i can say is...THAT'S A NICE FREE POSTER! It's freaking huge, and it's got &quot;booyah, w00t w00t AMD Ownz j00&quot; written all over it!! (not really)


Here are where i've put my AMD case stickers: On my locker at school, 2 on my case, 1 on my phone, 1 on my monitor, 1 on the book i'm reading for my english class, 1 on my friend, and one on my study hall table.

Is it a waste? psh...it's free AMD advertizing!! 😉
