My sister's is on it's way, too. You can check the website if you know your order number, then go to Airborneexpress.com and track it if a tracking number is supplied. Her order was upgraded to Overnight Express at no charge, apparently.

You should check the site. It seems their CSRs liked to play 'Miss Cleo' in their predictions of when the processors would actually come back in, but they definitely got a shipment in and started fulfilling orders on Friday. Depending on when yourorder was placed, YMMV. (I know, not really the appropriate time to use that, but I keep seeing it and wanted to type it in this forum, too!) :D

I only just ordered this combo on Friday 2/23, and my processor was shipped already. My case and mobo were backordered; so they are going to tease me to :(

<< Feb 25 2002 3:09 pm Delivery Attempted. Riverside, CA >>

Well thats odd, I was sorta home ALL day.

Update

Checked at the bottom of my steps just now, he left a tag saying i wasn't here for delivery and they would try again tomorrow. Decided to call them up and see what the hell was up since I was here all frickin day. The guy told me he had no idea why the driver wouldn't of bothererd to actually come to the door and knock to see if someone was home. I asked if the driver was still in the area to see if he could come back and the guy told me that he was still in the area but he couldn't come back because he was still doing some deliveries and that if he had to come back he would be late getting back to their office. He then told me the driver should be back at the office at about 6:00 pm and that I could go pick it up from them, I explained to him that I paid for delivery to my house, not to their office. Besides, their office would be closed at 6:15, so if the driver was late anyways, I would be screwed.

It runs winXP smoothly.
No special settings. Some ppl reported Video card incompatiability though. Mine is geforce3 no problem.

My processor was shipped on Friday. I got the case last weekend, but was delivered to a neighbor's house. Fortunately the neighbor was nice enough to bring it over. Hopefully the driver will deliver it to the right house this time.

yeah it's the vid card...basically stay away from ALL ati hardware and you'll be fine...like I mentioned earlier, even my ati tv wonder ve causes my system to freeze (in both winxp/win2k...haven't bothered trying win98 as I hate the win9x kernel)

my new gf3 works quite well.

i read on the Soyo site......

if you get random reboots (coined as a hiccup by someone in here) then you should change your memory speed to 100 mhz. I didnt put mine down to 100, but instead bumped ti to 140. im running it like an xp 1800, and havent had but one crash in the last week or so (in windows XP)
