He overpaid. He poorly executed and now the combined company is f'd up beyond belief. It'll be a long time (if ever) before they turn a profit. Complete mismanagement.

It might be tempting if I had money to sink that I could gamble with, but I would wait until they announce a new CEO and a few weeks after that.

Wow. A high of $40/share in 2006. It is tempting to buy @ $4.50/share though. Their assets are worth more in a buyout.
