**spoilers**

Really hope that the killer isn't so obvious to have been found already in the teacher. He really does seem to give you the creeps though.

Might be the teacher, the then the rest of the show is about how politics got involved and they had to help him cover up.

Who knows!

The dad's breakdown in the gas station was nicely done.

Last Sunday's episode had its moments but was just 'meh' I thought. Still a good show, I doubt the teacher killed her though, I'm sure the rabbit hole goes much deeper.

the Danish version (english subtitled)is fantastic... i've seen the first 7 episodes so far and it kind-a ruined the AMC version for me because it's so well done.

WTF on the commercials tonight. It's about 10 minutes show, 7 minutes commercials. For f*cks sakes, there was a minute long commercial for a vibrator (Trojan Vibrations...). The hell?

haha yeah AMC's commercials are fucking long as crap especially during new episodes for their shows. Luckily I watched something else while building up a backlog so I can flip through them in spots, otherwise all those commercials would make me go insane.

Kinda slow episode but things seem to be picking up now.

I am really digging this show... The end of this episode really took a turn for the dark.

It's not 'Breaking Bad' but it's damn good.

Bringing this thread back. I'm also enjoying the show...something to fill in while I'm waiting for Breaking Bad to come back. AMC rules.

My vote is that Rosie Larsen was killed by this guy:

Last episode was great. Guess the one with the terribly long (than normal) episode two or three back was just filler or ill-planned.

Yeah, the teacher is just too obvious. IRL, I'd be saying put him in the chair. 😀

But it's a tv show, so we'll see his apparent guilt (with all the associated problems for the politico) a lot more before some other evidence comes around, pointing in another direction.

I'm still suspicious of the bratty hs kids that we haven't seen in an episode or three.

I love this show. I am usually not into cop related shows except for the Wire but this is a damn good show.

I'm of the same persuasion, I've never liked a cop show outside the wire. I Was thinking about it the other day, and this has so many more elements than just the cop side, I think that's what I really dig about it.

Wow. Last night's ep was the best yet. This show is rising to Breaking Bad levels of very good badness! 😛

I don't think that's correct, pretty sure there's going to be another season.

You're likely correct, but each season they will have to change the show title to match the crime.

Next Season it'll be called The Jaywalking!

I'm finally just about caught up--once last night is available On Demand, that is.

I'm digging this show, but it's not one that I anticipate from week to week. I very much appreciate that it isn't beholden to the obnoxious cliffhanger model. Probably the Danish influence.
