They heard you were getting something shipped from Amazon in morse code and they intercepted your package en route and changed the label, just to mess with you.
 
Yep, no Prime, no quick ship. My sister doesn't have it and sometimes her items take nearly a week to ship. That's the way the ball bounces.
 
I think you all should really fuck over Amazon by buying your products 1 at a time through the link in my sig.

Finally got my package! Normally an extra day wouldn't bother me but this was a weekend and I was really looking forward to spending the weekend playing with my brand new smartwatch. Opted for the Garmin fenix 3 HR. It's insane.

Ha, this reminds me of the Amazon order I had for a book some 2 years ago and I asked something about this very similar situation.... and everyone here bashed me about it.....yet I never received it nor got reimbursed for. In fact I think to this day it still says waiting to be shipped or something like that. Fuckers there and fuckers here too for bashing me for something I was right about to begin with.

I don't get this -- EVERY time I contact Amazon support (even if it's a mistake I've made) they have been BEYOND helpful in rectifying the situation. Makes no sense to me when people have issues. Did you order from Amazon direct/fulfilled? Or a 3rd party?

If you have prime you get better customer service from my experience, so that may be a factor.
 
Prime has def slipped ... placed an order approx 1:00 am Monday didn't get it till today.

Used to be it would have shipped Mon.


Edit: Come to think of it so did the last order I placed a couple weeks ago!

I highly disagree.

All my items I purchased when I had prime will shipped same day and all items I paid for 2 or 1 day shipping were shipped same day.

I said it plays a factor, you can certainly get good customer service without being a prime member. I would never argue otherwise.


However, they'll bend over backwards for a prime customer compared to a non-prime customer.

Its fine that you disagree however I'm not sure what that has to do with the fact that my last 2 orders didn't ship till the day after I placed them and in fact took 3 days not 2?

My work Prime account says stuff like this ALL the time. I think some things ship locally from a warehouse. However, sometimes I'll get an item & it will still say "not yet shipped" even though I've had it for a couple days. Their system is getting a bit flaky.
