I was disappointed the Nexus S 4G.. no additional discount (it's been $50 for new customer/$100 for upgrades for a few days at least already). My brother got it, but I'm still on the fence since I have an EVO 3D pre-ordered.

I was disappointed that this sale did not happen. It was going to make my decision to jump to Verizon MUCH easier, but now I'm doubting if moving away from AT&T will be the better choice since they've improved greatly in my area.

The battery life would ruin it for me. I can't take my phone into my office so my phone sits outside the office or in my car for 8+ hours a day. If could charge my phone at work then it wouldn't bother me too much.

Does it need to be on?

Can you keep a charger & spare battery in the office & swap them out every day?

I have an Infuse right now and if you can get it free then its def. the best deal/phone you can grab right now! Granted if your ok with the size difference.
