What I did to get it to work was using IE and clearing out cookies. Cheers to the commentor that suggested that. Anyone else jump on this?
 
I picked free shipping option, ship date is 11/5 for me. I think they're taking orders even though they ran out of copies in their inventory. For $40 savings, I'd wouldn't mind waiting 2-3 weeks.
