There is obviously a great demand from people wanting to see this war, otherwise every major network would not have reporters and cameramen there filming it and reporting the action. You make it sound like I'm somehow wrong by wanting to watch it, but I alone would not cause every network to give war coverage.
I suppose that you are against this war, and therefore you are offended and angered by people like me who support it and are interested in knowing what's going on.
Yes, I, like the majority of the nation support this war. You are in the minority, in the lunatic fringe who feel the need to pester those who do not share your views. You will not change my opinion so please go away.
I find it interesting that you would immediate classify me as someone in the "lunatic fringe". It helps to dismiss someone's opinion when you've already discarded any point of view contrary to your own. I found your enthusiasm for video feed to be surprising and very disheartening, for reasons that should be self-evident. As 'amazing' as it would be to see video feed of live battles, wouldn't it be better to let our troops do their job and focus their energies on survival, rather than focusing some random camera on all the action, possibly endangering their lives and any future movements by them?
I've watched CNN and read BBC almost non stop since this war began. The night we launched our initial attack, I didn't sleep a wink - I couldn't stop reading and watching the information surrounding the war. This war scares the hell out of me, for numerous reasons which I won't go into here.
I refuse to go away, just as I would not ask you to. Despite our differences in opinion, I would like to hear your viewpoint, as they do nothing but generally add to my own pool of knowledge.
