Just sort of stare at them longingly and moan a little to yourself. When they look over at you, lick your lips a little and start rubbing your crotch. They'll probably move or be so horrified they won't talk. If the rare case they are not scared of you...well then it's a win-win situation.

You don't really have to yell at them or anything like that. A polite "Could you please keep it down?" wouldn't necessarily be the end of the world.

And if they act like it is... well, ****** em. You don't know them anyway, so what does it matter what they think?

If you don't want to talk to them, just wave a big "SHHHH" sign to them. They will probably get it

Went to a concert on Saturday night... there were some ppl about three rows ahead that were playing musical chairs... changing seats. I got so pissed off, I just shouted at them to either sit down or GTFO.

the ppl behind me applauded me and patted my on the shoulder.

i would not have stood for the disruption.

Be a total dick about it, then give them one of your best suave "Well hello." smiles and hope they double up on you. If that doesn't work, then at least you were a total dick about it in the first place and can be satisfied knowing you didn't sound like a wuss.

Pretend you're 13 and shout something like "NO I WILL NOT HAVE SEX WITH YOU!" very loudly and stare at them in disbelief.

I think that worked for Adam Sandler, or something.

Keep in mind that everyone else sitting around them are also wishing they'd shut up but are too chicken to say anything too. If you ask them to be quiet you'd look like a hero to the rest of the students. Even if the girls give you the cold shoulder at least you'll have gained some respect from your fellow students.

And who knows, one of them may be a hot girl that suddenly thinks you're a man who stands up for himself. Profit!!! :D

As much as I would want to tell them to shut up, I'm too passive to say something outright.

A bunch of pansies here. A polite "please keep it down" or even a Shhhhh would go a long ways. How is that ackward?

Wow I'm surprised at how many geeks would actually speak up and tell them to be quiet.

You can't tell some dumb chicks to shut the hell up? What are you, nursing some crazy secret crushes on them and think this will mess up your future chances?

lol...that would work. Be sure to continue "I'm sitting here trying to learn and all these two talk about is wanting to have sex with me. I'm hear to learn people, not to have sex with two girls at the same time"

I just want just tell them to be quiet but I didn't want to deal with the "awkwardness" afterwards that will last the whole semester whenever I see them in the class. What would u have done?

I've been in this situation a few times. Usually, I just turn around completely and just look at them with this nasty annoyed face. They usually get the hint. If that doesnt work, straight up tell them "Could you please be quiet, I can't concentrate with you talking"

Actions speak louder than posts.

This very large lady sits a couple of desks away from me and is constantly rubbing or scratching herself through her clothes, sighing, gasping, and yawning very loudly. Eating and drinking loudly and she also answers questions consatantly even though she really has little clue what she's talking about (in order to participate).

I haven't and won't say anything to her. I already have a bad reputation in class I don't need to exacerbate it.

Similar happened to me, we were watching a film and a group of chavs behind were yapping. I asked them to STFU, they started trying to be arsey with the "you and whose army" routine and this huge guy stood up and said "ME for a start".

They STFU... I LOL'd.

I usually tolerate stuff like this for about 10 minutes before I say something, the first time polite, latter times not so much.

I distinctly remember a college course in which these two girls would just not stfu ever, it went on the entire semester and none of us said anything because the professor himself would always tell them to be quiet and they just wouldn't. Finally towards the end of the term they were particulary loud that day and the prof was going over some very critical stuff for our final and I simply lost my cool and said something to the effect of 'would you two just please shut the fvck up for 5 minutes, it's incredibly irritating, everyone hates you, have some respect for other people who want to learn and do well.' This ended in almost a standing ovation from the 50 other people in the class and as I left the class the prof pulled me aside and said 'thank you for saying what I'm not allowed to say.'

After that, there were only two or three more lectures and they never said a word.

I cannot tolerate blatent disrespect, I'm surprised the prof let it happen.

IMPRESSIVE! /q3

That's the problem, everyone is too worried about what the noisy people will think of them. Who cares what they think, they're p1ssing you off and you probably don't like or hate them anyway, along with everyone else. So give it to them both barrels and they will be pwned in front of everyone and you will be teh win.
