See, I have no idea what people are going on about either. It was always known that the mods keep notes on people. They have stated that they don't always ban for a singular occurance. Rather many bans are built up over repeated behavior that they keep track of (a lot of this has probably been taken over by the infraction system). So I'm rather confused about what they all are up in arms about concerning dossiers. Do they think that they have a list of names, addresses, phone numbers and stuff?
