I bid on some tickets to Dallas in 2 weeks. I got the insurance for them for $15. I think the times they picked are horrible so I called them and said I want to cancel.
They want documentation of why I am canceling my trip. It will take them 30 days to decide on if they wish to refund me back the money or not based on my documentations.
