Am I cheap?

I ordered a pizza that cost $10. There was a $2 delivery fee. I tipped the guy $2 on top of the delivery $2 fee.

I paid $14 for a $10 pizza delivered.

The guy gave me a dirty look. I said thank you after he handed me the pizza. The guy didn't say a word and walked away.

Was I wrong?

Sounds more than reasonable. Obviously, having to use their own vehicle and car, they feel entitled to more. Delivery charge plus tip is the biggest rip ever. I'll walk to and fro thank you.

They usually don't know English very well. Even when they do, no they don't say anything.

If there isn't a delivery charge already then I give them a buck or two, possibly. Or if it's raining or the like I'll tip even with a delivery charge. Meh.

eh, it probably costs the the pizza dude at least 2.00 in gas to deliver the pizza, if you dont feel like tipping the driver at least $3, go pick it up yourself.
how much of the delivery fee does the drive see?
$10 minimum order isnt his fault either..it isnt like a restaurant.
