SL6EF - This is the chip's model number. This helps identify which chip you have. At the Intel website you can put in that code into their "Spec Finder" application and find out all kinds of technical information about your chip such as voltages, packaging, FSB, cache, etc.
C1 - This is the chip's revision number. A being the first stepping, B the second, C the third. Subrevisions are usually denoted as 0, 1, 2, etc...
Week 39 - This is the week during a particular year in which the chip was manufactured. Week 39 would be like Sept/Oct. There usually is a year code that goes along with this week code, 02 for 2002 or 03 for 2003.
