Pretty much... pork meat wedges

cheese, sliced pineapple wedges (optional), and onion usually in a flour tortilla, although some places use traditional corn tortillas.

That looks good. I had something called a lorenza for lunch. It is a tostada with carne asada, melted cheese, avocado, salsa fresca, and cilantro topped with the white crumbly cheese. Image searching for Lorenza also isn't too wisdomy at work.
