Are you sure you are running the "right" rated speed? These are CAS 6, not CAS 5.

First off, if you're running a gaming rig where less than CAS 6 matters, you won't need 4GB. This is a good deal for those of us that care about having large amounts of RAM for whatever needs we might have. And for the gamers, I should probably mention that a 4GB RAM disk using this will be 1000% faster than any disk system they'd care to come up with. But, then again, I don't care if my frames lag by one. C'est la vie.

Not sure what these run at, but I google D9HNP and saw a random message post indicating ddr2-950 or so....

Good deal though, and i would have grabbed it if it were $23.00 shiped, but i will resist, as i alread have 6gb in my New Vista Ultimate 64-bit rig.

Mine seem to do DDR2-800 at 1.8V 5-5-5-15. No idea on determining the chips, though. I'm guessing I have to take a peek at the label on the chips themselves?

I have 4 1Gb sticks of DDR2 5300 4-4-4-12 that's filling all my slots. I have a very hard time getting rid of them. I want to get 8Gb of ram but I think I'm going to wait a bit until the faster ram comes down in price.

I got Micron D9HNP as well. Now doing DDR2-800 5-4-4-12 @ 1.8V, ran at least 1/2 hour on Memtest86+ (including a full pass) without errors. They don't do DDR2-800 Cas 4 @ 1.8, nor do they seem to overclock much beyond DDR2-800, at least at these latencies.

Thanks for the report on D9HNP. First one I've seen for these chips.
