Are you sure you are running the "right" rated speed? These are CAS 6, not CAS 5.

I got Micron D9HNP as well. Now doing DDR2-800 5-4-4-12 @ 1.8V, ran at least 1/2 hour on Memtest86+ (including a full pass) without errors. They don't do DDR2-800 Cas 4 @ 1.8, nor do they seem to overclock much beyond DDR2-800, at least at these latencies.
