I guess the Oldest....hopefully we've learned all we need from them, already.

So many pitfalls in each category.

My thinking is that in all categories--including health/intelligence/attractiveness--we lose substantial amounts of important genetic information.

Taking out the oldest is probably the most diverse amongst all of those, so no real loss...uh, genetically.

There are 7 billion people on Earth. As you're from one of the better fed western nations, it's quite likely that you're among the fattest 3.5 billion people. Meanwhile, there are 3.5 billion people who go to bed hungry many nights.

I voted poorest, because they have the worst quality of life currently. If someone has to die let it be those who are suffering.

if we're talking the bottom 50% not all of them are suffering. how do you know they do not enjoy their lives? stop projecting your world onto theirs. the only people you can say legitimately suffer are those who are unhealthy.

I went with oldest but I mean like the very elderly 70+...but I don't think that would represent half the population...second choice would be least intelligent...possibly speed up the evolution process
 
Gonna go with the poorest with the following logic that this group would comprise mostly of the following
- least intelligent cause if you're smart, you wouldn't be poor
- least healthy, cause if you smart, you should take better care of yourself and being smart mean you wouldn't be poor
- oldest(the rich old folks can stay), if you old and poor, you're prob in bad health and will go soon anyway
- least attractive, cause if you're ugly you better make up for it by being smart and rich

- can't disagree too much, most old people are in poor health regardless of wealth though.

I chose most attractive. I would become more attractive by comparison
(I misclicked)

If I'd choosen least intelligent, my IQ would fall 0,1 points 😉
