I tried to pick up last season. Never loved it but it was watchable. It was very tongue-in-cheek campy. My friends said the first seaons were better.

Watched most of it, but the season finale was what really turned me off. That, along with actually thinking about Jennifer Garner carrying the spawn of Ben Affleck, made it so I have yet to watch another episode.

I have not missed a single episode and have watched many of them more than once so I am an obvious fanboy. One of the things about Alias that I like is that the show has always done things to keep it fresh. There really is no other show on tv like it. The action and suspense is great and the actors are tremendous. There have been so many great characters on the show. I miss them all and it shows how great the cast has been. Irina, Sark, Anna, Vaughn, Lauren they were all great. Sadly ABC has always neglected the show and I feel that this is the last season. They put it up against Survivor on Thursday night. That is a death blow to almost any show.

I've missed many episodes this season. Last years plot wass so flacky.

It's a shame, they have some great bad guys, Sloan. Her father, Jack, I like the character. The distrust thing, yet having to work with each other was cool. Jack killing her mother under the pretense she was trying to kill her, cool. Jack cold killing ways, compartmentalizing his deads. There was more to develop here....

But this whole family intermingling thing with the half-sister, sloans daughter, she's a secret agent too, she still loves Sloan despite using her for his own means and nearly killing her, BULL.

I liked the Rambaldi and the strugle to control the material.

Even worse is these CIA idiots stealing Rambaldi items from the CIA, used in missions, and them not getting caught, not being locked up is just way to foul.

Yea, no doubt Jenifer is HOT. That's what got the me watching in the first season.

But when the story is soo flakey, I should save myslef the trouble of enduring poorly writen episodes and just watch Porn.

So much for "Thursday night, OMG! it's all over!!!". Weds is the new night, though we have to wait a few weeks (next episode is on 12/7 IIRC).

Edit: and it's "OFFICIAL *** CONFIRMED ***" that J Garner is the producer. Saw it in the credits. Don't think she's in a hurry to ditch the show...

I don't know why they moved it to Thursday in the first place. The one-two JJ Abrams combination of Lost/Alias last season worked out just fine. Now that Night Stalker has been cancelled, might as well move around the dispensible Invasion, too.

I watched this show up tilll this season, but after the few three episodes or so, I cancelled my season pass for it on Tivo. This show fell apart quickly.
