How many of you saw the retard prosecutor (Binger) in the Kyle Rittenhouse case point the rifle at the jurors with his finger on the trigger without personally checking it first? If the rifle had fired and killed a juror, would he have been guilty of a crime?

You seem to have no problem with violent immature unqualified teenagers roaming the streets playing vigilante cop pointing his rifle at people with his finger on the trigger do you? If said teenager had fired and killed someone, would he have been guilty of a crime?

The rifle is secure. It has two black cable ties running through the ejection port. One is between the bolt and the chamber to keep the bolt from fully closing and releasing the firing pin in case there was a live round in the chamber. The other goes through the bolt to prevent it from being cycled. I would expect this to be SOP for firearms as evidence in a courtroom. You can see it better in black and white and you blow up the pic.

This is how little Taj actually knows about guns.

Not if it was in self defense. Is Alec Baldwin claiming self defense now?

George Clooney sounds off on Alec Baldwin.

"Clooney, in an interview on WTF with Marc Maron, laid into the producers of the film: “Why for the life of me this low-budget film, with producers who haven’t produced anything, wouldn’t have hired, for the armourer, someone with experience.”

He then called the situation “insane” and “infuriating”.

Clooney also detailed his experience of working with guns on movies: “I’ve been on sets for 40 years and the person that hands you the gun, the person that is responsible for the gun is either the prop person or the armour. Period.”

The Hail Caesar star added: “Every single time I’m handed a gun on set, I look at it, I open it, I show it to the person I’m pointing it to, we show it to the crew, every single take you hand it back to the armour when you’re done, and you do it again. Everyone does it.”

Everyone does it......except Alec Baldwin.

Is it possible for you to be anything other then a lying shitbag?? Look carefully what I highlighted

George Clooney said "every time I'm handed a gun...." He does is every time. Him saying "everybody does it does not mean everybody does it.

BTW - I notice how you love using evil Hollywood to attack another member of evil Hollywood.

How did you miss the bolded part?

He is still in shock and it's going to be a long road for him.

It could have went off with no trigger if they used an old revolver without a transfer bar, but the live round still shouldn't have been there.

The lack of training, general awareness and gun safety is mind-blowing though. You best believe I check the gun 100 times out of 100 if someone hands me it.

Rust film set shooting: prosecutor says criminal charges possible | Alec Baldwin | The Guardian

The Los Angeles Times, citing two unnamed crew members, reported that five days before the shooting, Baldwin’s stunt double accidentally fired two live rounds after being told the gun didn’t have any ammunition.

Alarmed by the misfires, a crew member told a unit production manager in a text message, “We’ve now had 3 accidental discharges. This is super unsafe,” according to a copy of the message reviewed by the newspaper.
What kind of unit production manager ignores something like that?

The full interview is on Youtube and it's just perplexing. Why was Hutchins not taken to a hospital immediately? Why did they think her condition was stable? Why did they wait 30 to 40 minutes for a helicopter to arrive? Were the medics on set also so green that they had no clue when a person's life was in danger? I don't really understand why all the details are so shrouded in secrecy. We still don't know if she bled to death or if it was something secondary that compounded her condition and acted as a double whammy.

"I didn't pull the trigger" "The trigger was never pulled" claims the lying sack of shit Alec Baldwin. It was fucking magic! A unicorn fart set off the gun! The dumbshit that handed me a live gun says so too!

I like how he blames the woman he killed for where the gun was pointing. What a class act the guy is.

He was holding it and cocked it. I would like to know who else could have possibly pulled the trigger besides him.

since when do you care about lying sacks of shit? You actively worship them.

I'm open to the idea that there was some sort of malfunction and that he released the hammer and it dropped without a trigger pull even though I think that's highly highly unlikely.

It's clear that Baldwin and his lawyers have a strategy for his legal defense and he wanted to get "all the rights words" out there. Not sure that's going to save him, but we'll see. Civi damages? I think he's absolutely fucked.
