Yeah, and change the VIVO connector from the S-Video pin setup to an HDMI one.

Hmm, maybe nVidia's working to do that. Have a newer PVP that will do the encoding decoding, then have the GPU take care of the sound processing (don't know if anybody else read the article where someone had made a 6800Ultra into an audio processor for 3D audio and said that it was more powerful than the supercomputer stuff they were currently using to handle it)
Put the PVP on a daughter card that HDMI input/output on it (make it a PCI-e x1 or x4 card and then have the regular card be a dual slot solution that actually vents the air out of the case and is silent (kinda like a fully engineered for that card version of the VGA Silencers). You know, maybe nVidia has something like this up their sleeves for SLI. Make it so that when doing video editing/viewing/etc one card will handle the video and the other will handle the audio capabilities.
Bah, I went way overboard with ideas there, too bad I'm not a high up designer for nVidia, eh?
