AIW 9600 and VideoSoap

I'd like to tinker with the VideoSoap filters in MMC 8.9 (using AIW 9600 Pro), but for whatever reason the "Edit VideoSoap" button is disabled, even on the presets that I created. Any ideas why?

I just installed an AIW 9000 Pro and my VideoSoap is also grayed out! I have another computer with an AIW 8500DV and the VideoSoap is fine with it. I have looked everywhere and searched the forums and have not been able to find out a solution. I have contacted ATI, but no help from them yet. I have found at least one other person who also has seen this problem. I have tried the shipped version of the MMC (8.1) and the latest version (8.9), but neither allows me to use VideoSoap.

I just got this from ATI on my problem:

So, my problem is my new Athlon 64. I know of others who have seen this same problem, but don't have the Athlon 64. I would suggest you open a problem with ATI and see if we can get someone to work on this problem (if enough people have the problem, maybe they will work on it). You will get a "automatic answer" the first time, so reply to them and ask for some suggestions. Also, tell them your computer system/processor , since it seems to matter which processor you have.
