yea sadly if i had more memory I'm sure it would have taken more 🙁 I had to exit the program and restart.
 
it's possible if you have a huge swap file.....though i think i really have a use for swap files anymore....not since windows 3.11 and i had 8mb of ram.....

You should have just quit AIM and started it again. I have my aim take 11MB sometimes, and I think that is unacceptable, so I just reboot aim, not the whole computer.
 
mine uses 1.5 Mb im runnin AIM+ and before i installed that i killed the adds manually and i dont run the ticker or anything guessin that contributes to it

Ctrl+Alt+Delete, click the task manager button then click processes.

Only if you run NT4/2k/XP
