I had somebody do that to me in a no-passing zone once. I wish I had flashing lights..

It is ok to drive 45mph on 45mph zone if your not on the very left lane.
If the traffic is clear and ur driving on very left lane and going 45 mph, I don't blame anyone for tailgating u unless this is in a known speed trap.

Depends on the situation.
Someone going under the speed limit deserves to be tailgated or atleast get off the freaking road.
If they are going to speed limit then they should just sit there and not fight back.

how is he a slow ass if he's going the speed limit? No, i'm no angel in following those limits, but you can't be pissed off at someone doing the limit.

now, if he's in the left lane doing the speed limit w/ no one on the right, then yeah, you can be ticked.

Same thing happened to me.

On the way to work, I was behind a semi, went to the left-hand lane to pass him. I was doing 70mph, and some lady comes up behind me in her jeep. She was tailgating EXTREMELY close to me.

When we passed the semi, she zoomed to the right, slammed on the gas, and zoomed in front of me.

Cop was right behind her and pulled her over (she would have noticed this if she took the time to check her mirror instead of trying to get as close to me as possible without hitting me).

I'm with you, Ricemarine - they got what they deserve. Hopefully it was worth the ticket to act like they're the only ones on the road.

yep yay for AZ...passed many a cop on the highway going 70 in a 65...they cant do nuffin cause we have a 5-10% rule...you can exceed the limit if its safe and in the flow of traffic
