yep yay for AZ...passed many a cop on the highway going 70 in a 65...they cant do nuffin cause we have a 5-10% rule...you can exceed the limit if its safe and in the flow of traffic

If you follow the dangers associated with traffic stops and the theory that ticketing is a money-generating scheme, then it doesn't pay to ticket anyone going under a certain amount over the speed limit. You can get away with going up to 10 over in a lot of states.
