That, at least, I can agree with. By the way, the age of consent in cuba is 12. Just because something is legal doesn't make it ok, sane, or barf proof.

True. My point was that.. it really just depends on who you ask.

Ironically enough, Oregon sits at the other extreme. It's 18 here, which I'm sure most would agree is just as ridiculous as 12.

I like to travel. South America, carribean, etc. They are VERY serious about stopping teenage pregnancy because their problem is much larger than that of the US or further north.

I do not agree that 18 is as ridiculous as 12. They're just as fertile.

My main point remains. The only reason why a 19 year old boy associates with a 15 year old girl is because she puts out. Otherwise there is no reason. If she doesn't put out, then there is no reason to associate with her.
