A banned word will not erase your post. Normally it returns you to edit. You need to copy to clip anything important before you post and if it's really good save it first to docs. There are key strokes I make by accident, don't know what they are, but they erase my posts.

IMHO marriage shouldn't be supported by the government at all. Everyone should get civil unions, and let the churches decide to do the marriage end of things. After all marriage is a religious element, which is defined as a unification of a man and a woman. But if another church see differently than let them marry, but have the government see all marriages as just civil unions. That would be much simplier IMHO.

What I've found in virtually ALL cases is that that person was typing a word with that began with a capital A. The finger slips, and they got a Ctrl-A which is the command for "select all"... one key stroke later everything is gone but the word they are typing. I'll bet that's what's happened to you from time to time also.

Alcoholism and drug abuse are personal and social problems, but of themselves, they are not crimes. Suicide is a statutory crime in most jurisdictions, but they usually don't give anyone the death penalty for it.
You have no evidence that being homosexual is any kind of a crime againt oneself or anyone else. All you have is your personal belief based on your religion. That is not sufficient reason to allow you to impose your will on anyone else, especially through civil legislation.
Since Jesus taught tolerance and acceptance of others, maybe you should be more concerned whether your willingness to condemn those who haven't harmed you is a sin of some sort.

Seriously. I post on the internet to have some fun and waste time. It never crossed my mind that many people would even recognize my posting ID, let alone remember things I posted. And if they do, why would they care? And then to come back and check for my reply over and over again, as if you get some kind of pleasure that you discovered inconsistent ideas. Am I the only one who thinks that's weird, or am I dealing with a whole community of single guys living in their parents' basements, where the internet is their only source of social interaction, and they have pictures of me pasted on their walls, and a filing system of everything I've posted since I joined? *shiver*
