I bet we will have stringent laws based solely on morality during the Republican administration. Those who break them will be sent to prisons the size of entire cities such as NYC and LA. Religous groups are concerned with items that they feel are destructive to "family values" you're kidding yourself if you think legislation will end with totally outlawing gay marriage.

Doubtful people would try to prove that two people living together that were the same sex are actually gay.

Same with trying to prove premarital sex happened. You're blowing this out of proportion and it's highly unlikely a single one of those things will happen.

The support for a gay marriage bans was there (obviously), but I don't think the support to win a vote on banning premarital sex is there. I don't think that's wrong anyhow and I'm a repub, heh.

That is far to presumptuous a standard. It assumes the god you believe in is the only one, let alone that it exists, at all. The basic requirement for any law prohibiting any conduct should be whether any harm done by such conduct causes demonstrable harm. The basic presumption in the separation of church and state is that the government has no business legislating against "spiritual" harm and should limit such legislation to prohibiting conduct that causes demonstrable harm in the real world.

It's already begun!! I was just at the mall, and they were arresting females without headscarves and/or wearing skirts above the ankles. Women wearing pants were shot on sight, as they're obviously lesbians!!
