Music is fitting. That is seriously so irresponsible with your life. I can't believe they would do that.

Yeah seriously...do these people lack any sense of self preservation? I get more pissed off than amused watching these now, lol.

The parts where there are two people moving together on the beam would be the scariest parts if I were either one. I'm sure they have absolute confidence in their own skill but if the other guy were to fall, it could take out both of them.

Have to give it to them though, some of that stuff requires quite a lot of strength to do. Would be fun to try stuff like that... with safety equipment lol. Screw going without.

That thing they have where you can hang off the CN tower, I totally want to try that some day.

That's when i turned it off. If these guys aren't dead yet they will be soon.

People free climb half dome and most of them are still alive. Not to say they wont die but the human body has a fair amount of climbing potential. We are apes after all.

What the video doesn't show is the trampoline they setup at the bottom. Anything they do is totally safe.

Yeah i can understand the thrill in freeclimbing, its the showboating that leads me to predict their soon to be past tense status.

Some think it is better to burn out than to fade away. I have to say the idea of living so long that you go out the same way you came in - toothless and crapping yourself, sounds very unappealing right now.

The line from Black Hawk Down comes to mind as well. "That's right, You Americans don't smoke anymore. You all lead, long, boring, uninteresting lives." Guy has a point. Rather do a header off that tower than die like most in this country will. I.E. from complications due to being a fat piece of crap that spent their days watching "reality TV" while eating cheesy poofs. That ain't living, that is punishment.

I'm not scared of heights, but I am terrified of falling. Glad I read the replies, instead of clicking on the link. :)
