Pretty funny to see any US politician besides Tulsi Gabbard try to weasel their way around the Syrian conflict, but it's especially hilarious when some 20 year old makes big bad Rear Admiral look like a fool. Maybe if he actually could name a single "aid organization" that he is in contact with, or perhaps even just name a hospital that he claims Russia blew up 10 of that day, he might not look like such a vulture?

Meanwhile Putin... yes the fall of America.... mwahaha yes... I did this, maybe?

He was very mean to the poor girl, she's just doing her job. Anybody know the name of the reporter who chastises the Admiral?

Wait wait, is the implication here that the country of Russia itself is actually plausibly not bombing hospitals when we already know they kill political adversaries (journalists, et al), bomb planes and invade countries against their will strictly for the purpose of land/wealth appropriation?

lol.

Nobody implied that, merely implying the Admiral does't know anything about any Russian bombing and clearly can't be bothered to even remember the name of the city they're in, not to mention being unable to name a single "aid organization" that he claims are feeding him info.

Why is it that every time american incompetence is pointed out clearly, we proceed to use whattaboutism and defer to the ever present evil of Russia? Can't we be introspective, if we're going to claim the mantle of "defender of human rights"?

What's this "we" shit? When you are commenting on the U.S., you aren't being introspective.

Huh? It is widely reported by aid organizations (Amnesty International, among others) that the Syrian gov't, with massive aid from Russia, has done these terrible things, and what you're most concerned about is that the admiral couldn't recall the precise aid organization name or hospital name? That's the hill you want to die on, short-term memory recall?

Again, you first have to show us why we should be skeptical that Russia is bombing hospitals and why the admiral not recalling off-hand, in the moment, the name of aid organizations making said claim somehow disqualifies the claim itself. The claim is credible, it's all over credible sites on the fucking internet.

Wow, so how intense is this false Russian agitprop crap going to keep on?
