This is the information straight from Ingram Micro's reseller web site.
If you notice the staples part number IM1445283
Take off the IM1 and you get the Ingram Micro number, the staples numbers starting with IM are really drop ships from Ingram Micro.
So we look at the real Ingram number of 445283 and you see that they are pulling up the single Adaptec 19160 Ingram pricing. Now seeing as how they have it mismarked as the Ingram Part Number 445284 you can probably argue this with them to get the right item, however they probably order straight from the Ingram Number they will show listed, meaning that you will most likely get the Single 19160 not the 10 pack when it gets delivered. That means it's up to you to argue it out with staples.
Anyways hope this helps, and wasn't too confusing.
Oh yeah, also notice only 40 available, I'd give you what shipping centers they were in, but the ingram US site just went down, hehe. You guys probably put in so many orders that if it is automated you killed it. ROFL
