I saw a nice Acura TL at school the other day. Newer, like 04 - 06, with a sunroof, dark gray exterior, tan leather interior. I really liked how it looked. I'm not familiar with Acuras and I haven't seen a TL up close before. Are they good cars?

It's not ugly, but it could be a LOT better on the outside. That said, the inside is reaaal nice.

<---hoping to buy a '00-'01 3.2TL in a few months

Honda reliability, 270 ponies and a nice sporty sedan look (05/06). Whats not to like?

I think it's a great car, but as is typical with Acura its style is understated. I love it though.

Yeah, I really liked the one at my school, but it could have used new rims. I'm personally a fan of understated style, like in the Acura TL, the new GTO, or the De Lorean. Enough to look good but not get stolen if it's sitting next to a vette or something :)

bah. It's a luxury car....

Yeah, but when you compete with BMW, there isn't a margin for error.

Obviously it is somewhat of a drawback, but it's not like this one will be making rounds on the nuremberg everyday....

Yeah, I've just run into a lot of new TLs who think they're king of the highways.

And just what do you get from BMW for 32k?

Probably a 325. Or if you don't give a sh!t about new cars, you can easily get a used M3.

My TL would run circles around a 325. And I'm talking new, not used. A used TL would of course be less.

Your TL couldn't even TURN a circle around a 325i. :p
