Limit fluids before bed, too.Zantec. Sleep on an inclined surface. Don't eat before bed.

Unlike cimetidine, the first H2 antagonist, famotidine has no effect on the cytochrome P450 enzyme system, and does not appear to interact with other drugs.[1]
You might want to do some research and/or ask your doc.(Ranitidine)
Ranitidine has 10% the affinity that cimetidine has to CYP450 so it causes fewer side effects, but other H2 blockers famotidine and nizatidine have no CYP450 significant interactions.[1]
