Hmmm I did not know this...

Some parts are coming from CA, some from TN, some from NJ, guess that means I will be getting multiple boxes?

Yes. Newegg ships from whatever distribution center happens to have the parts when the order is placed.

When I bought my parts from Amazon, I got boxes from all over the country...and all delivered in 2 days except the motherboard...and that arrived in 4 days because they had to wait for a shipment from ASUS.

heh-heh...that's gonna drive you nuts...parts come dribbling in a box at a time...and all the while, you're just itching to get started putting things together. biggrin:

I know...I just went through it myself. I had all these boxes of computer components except the motherboard...then, my wife says, "Don't open those...I'm wrapping them and putting them under the tree for Christmas." 😱

I already have tracking numbers on everything except Case and Motherboard, coming from CA, so still time for them to get them out today!

After 5 chances are you won't see it process until tomorrow.

I know have UPS tracking numbers for everything. I paid the $3 extra for them to pull stuff today...

And cut and pasted from my account:

it really sucks when the case gets there last!!

Not really. You should test the motherboard with CPU/RAM/cooler/VGA/PSU installed and hooked up anyways, before it goes in the case.

You know that's just a Newegg tax for impatient people, right? I've known people to pay it and still not get their stuff shipped the same day, and I've personally have had stuff shipped the same day that was ordered in the afternoon. They don't even guarantee the service beyond "will refund."

Are you always so pessimistic? 😵

JUST KIDDING!

I guess I could think of better ways to waste $3!!!!

meh. I dont usually have the clear space to do it that way :whiste:

just means sometimes I get stuck undoing work 😳

My first gaming PC was from Alienware in 2000 and I thought their systems were somehow faster than custom builds. God was I a newb (dumbass is more like it). But at least the case made it easy to look and poke around inside which got me started down the road of building.

Just checked UPS, all my stuff is in Orlando, I am in Tampa, but has delivery date of 1/24...

...I don't see why it won't be here TOMORROW!
