Nice. Wouldn't go with a full tower myself, but whatever.

If this system is going to last awhile I'd go 8GB (Tom's Hardware recommends it) even if you have to go DDR3-1333. Also I'd not buy the Ripjaw since the Sniper and Ripjaw X series are newer releases.

For $125 (only $25 more) you could get the Windows Home Premium family pack which gives you licenses for 3 computers.

That's a good idea. I always buy retail windows licenses, because you can move them between machines.

Anyways, I would not pay $220 for a P67 motherboard. The UD3 is $110 after combo and that $110 difference would be better spent elsewhere or saved. Windows license, 8GB of RAM, wallet, pretty much anything.
